75th Annual H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade

2024 Parade Participants - Texas A&M International University Ballet Folklorico & Mariachi Internacional

We present to you the internationally, recognized, award winning Texas A&M International University Ballet Folklorico and Mariachi Internacional, under the direction of Nayeli Lopez and Carlos Castaneda. Showcasing the customs and traditions of Mexico through dance and music, they perform their "Mexico Lindo y Querido" routine where they dance traditional mexican folkloric dances with sones of Jalisco, Mexico. Their skirt work and footwork are showcased along with the violins and trumpets performing. Fun Fact - the TAMIU Ballet Folklorico performed at Disneyland Paris in December of 2023!
