November 22, 2023 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 103 Goodson Drive about 2:40 a.m. on Oct. 29.

The suspect, Jose Revolorio-Good, 24, is charged with murder in the 488th State District Court.  A booking photo of Revolorio-Good is attached to this news release.

He is accused in the death of Juan Cruz Arriaza, 46.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant N. Miyako and Detective C. Bowling reported:

Officers responded to a shooting call in an apartment complex parking lot at the above address and found the victim unresponsive.  He had been shot at least one time.  Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene.  He was later identified as Mr. Cruz Arriaza.

Further investigation identified Revolorio-Good as the suspect in this case.  He was already in custody at the Harris County Joint Processing Center on unrelated charges. 

The Harris County District Attorney's Office was consulted and Revolorio-Good was charged today (Nov. 22) for his role in this incident.
