May 15, 2023 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 605 Berry Road about 7:40 p.m. last Thursday (May 11).

The identity of the male, 41, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Herrera and C. Vaughn reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to an apartment at the above address to assist Houston Fire Department personnel. They found the male unresponsive on the couch and paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.

The investigation is pending the man's cause of death, to be determined by an autopsy.
