March 13, 2023 - Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man at 9500 Deering Drive about 3 p.m. on Saturday (March 11).  

The identity of the victim, 34, is pending verification by the Harris County institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Graf II and E. Torres II reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a person down at the above address and found Houston Fire Department paramedics assisting an unresponsive man with a stab wound.  Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased.  

According to a witness, two suspects, described only as two black males, were involved in the stabbing and fled the scene in a vehicle.  

At this time, there is no known motive.
