December 7, 2023 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 14600 South Post Oak Road about 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday (December 6).

The identity of the deceased male, 82, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant P. Lee and Officer K. Stanley reported:

A red Chrysler 300 was traveling southbound (wrong-way) in the northbound lanes near the above address when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. The male driver of the Chrysler was transported to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.

No other vehicles or persons were involved in this crash. The investigation is continuing.
