September 6, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8021 North Main Street about 11:20 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 4).

The identity of the victim, 38, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Condon and J. Brown reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call outside a convenience store at the above address and observed the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.  Paramedics transported the man to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
