May 20, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3400 Tuam Street about 10:55 a.m. today (May 20).

The identity of the deceased victim, 29, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Dudley and L. Lange reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside his vehicle. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

Further investigation determined two suspects, identified only as black males of average height and build, fled the scene in a white pickup truck. The make and model of the vehicle are unknown at this time.

At this time, there is no known motive.
