January 19, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 14001 Fondren Road about 1:35 a.m. on Tuesday (Jan. 18).  

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury and Detective D. Arnold reported:  

The victim was found deceased from gunshot wounds in a parking lot of an apartment complex at the above address.  A tenant of the complex reported finding the victim after going outside to investigate a loud noise in the parking lot.  

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
