August 24, 2022 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a woman found at 2500 Dunstan road about 10:35 a.m. on Tuesday (Aug. 23).

The identity and cause of death of the woman, 26, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. Persad & and M. Providence reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a call for assistance from Houston Fire Department emergency personnel in a parking garage at the above address. Officers found the female inside her vehicle with no apparent signs of trauma. Paramedics pronounced her deceased at the scene.

The female had been missing since the previous evening and was located by her family. The investigation is pending the woman's cause of death.
