September 20, 2021 - Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the shooting of two males that occurred at 415 West Little York Road about 2:50 a.m. on Sunday (September 19).

The suspect, Arturo Zuniga (H/m, 23), is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 230th State District Cout.  A booking photo of Zuniga is attached to this news release. 

The victims - Jesus Robles, 20, and a 17-year old male - suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to an area hospital.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Merino and J. Blum reported:

Officers responded to a shooting call at a strip center parking lot at the above address and as they arrived a second shooting occurred at the location.  Both victims were shot multiple times. 

Further investigation revealed there was a dispute inside a night club at the above address that continued outside into the parking lot.  Zuniga, who was identified as a suspect, had fired multiple shots at the victims.  He was arrested at the scene without incident.

It was determined the initial shooting call was unrelated to this shooting incident.
