October 4, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 9130 Clearwood Drive about 10:55 p.m. last Friday (Oct. 1).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Duncan and Detective L. Lovelace reported:

Officers were dispatched to the parking lot of a business at the above address and learned a white Ford Fusion crashed through a chain link fence.  The vehicle then entered the business and struck another vehicle in the parking lot.  When the business owner observed the vehicle enter his business, he approached and discovered a male and a female inside the vehicle.  Paramedics transported the male to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased due to several gunshot wounds.  The female was not injured.

At this time, there is no suspect description or motive in the shooting.
