May 26, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 9502 Woodfair Drive about 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday (May 25).  

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Glover and Detective P. Pak reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the apartment complex at the above address and found two children and one adult male in an apartment.  The male had suffered at least one gunshot wound.  Officers provided medical assistance to the victim until Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived.  The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  The children were unharmed.

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
