January 11, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a woman at 11925 Fondren Meadow Drive about 7:50 p.m. on Saturday (January 9).  

The victim, Katrina Vo, 52, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer G. Sanchez reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to an assault at a residence at the above address and learned Ms. Vo had been transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital.  Ms. Vo told officers she had gone to her mother's home for a family dinner and, as she was preparing food, felt dizzy.  She stated she remembered holding a knife and falling onto the knife while hitting the kitchen floor.  Vo denied having an altercation with anyone in the home and stated no one stabbed her.  Witnesses in the home denied seeing an incident occur.  

The investigation into the circumstances of the incident is continuing.
