April 26, 2021 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 13614 Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45) about 12:25 p.m. on Saturday (April 24).

The identity of the male victim, 48, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant K. Harris and Clear Lake Patrol Division officers reported:

The victim was operating a black Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he failed to control his speed while entering the southbound freeway on-ramp and crashed into a wall at the above address.  Paramedics transported the victim to HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake where he was pronounced deceased.

The investigation is continuing.
