October 8, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men at 13501 Hooper Road that occurred about 9:05 p.m. on Wednesday (October 7).  

The victims, Dante Crenshaw, 22, and Jaland Washington, 25, were transported to area hospitals in stable conditions.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives A. Graf II and V. Habukiha reported:  

Messrs. Crenshaw and Washington were outside of Crenshaw's residence at the above address with a witness when they noticed a group of people running between trailers.  Both men began to walk away when a suspect called out Crenshaw's name.  As Crenshaw turned around, he was shot in the arm, chest and leg by the suspect.  As Washington tried to flee, the suspect shot him in the lower body.  Paramedics transported both men to the hospital.  

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
