Investigation into Shooting at 300 Walthall Drive
June 29, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a juvenile male at 300 Walthall Drive about 5:45 a.m. on Saturday (June 27).
The victim, 15, was transported to an area hospital where he is expected to survive his wounds.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers R. Rivera and A. Carroll reported:
The victim drove to one location to pick up a juvenile female and then drove to the above address to pick up a juvenile male (suspect). That male attempted to rob the victim and shot him in the arm and leg. Two other juvenile males outside the vehicle also fired shots at the victim's vehicle. The victim and female fled the scene in the vehicle. Paramedics were called to transport the victim to the hospital. The female was not injured.
The suspects are described only as three juvenile Hispanic males.
