July 2, 2020 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 9020 Borden Street about 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday (July 1).  

The suspect, Isiah Lorenzo Lee (b/m, 27), is charged with murder in the 183rd State District Court.  He is accused in the death of his brother, Robert Stinson, 31, of the above address.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives T. Andrade and S. Overstreet reported:  

Mr. Stinson was fatally shot by Lee, while the two were inside the residence at the above address.  HFD paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced Stinson deceased.  Lee fled the scene immediately after the shooting.  

Further investigation developed information on Lee's whereabouts and he was taken into custody later the same day (Wednesday) without incident.
