Investigation into Shooting at 2799 Fulton Street

Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men that occurred at 2799 Fulton Street about 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 22).
The victims, Anthony Joyce, 22, and Kendrick Williams, 30, were located at an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer Z. Brumley reported:
The victims (Messrs. Joyce and Williams) were walking to a corner store when they got into an argument with an unknown suspect. One of the victims and the suspect began to fight. The suspect pulled out a pistol and fired multiple shots, striking both victims. One victim pulled a gun and returned fire as he and the other victim ran away. Individuals in a red Chevrolet Camaro then picked up the victims and dropped them off at the hospital.
