Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 9422 South Dairy Ashford Road
October 7, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 9422 South Dairy Ashford Road about 9:40 p.m. on Saturday (Oct. 5).
The victim, Marlon Rodriguez, 23, was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective J. Roscoe reported:
Officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found Mr. Rodriguez inside his truck in the parking lot. He had been shot more than one time. Paramedics transported him to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A this time, there are no known witnesses or suspect(s) in the shooting.
