November 05, 2019 - Houston police have learned the identity of a man found fatally shot at 5833 West Gulf Bank Road about 11:05 p.m. on Sunday (Nov. 3).

The victim, Isom Homer, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene.  

HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. McDonald and S. Overstreet reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at a dry cleaning business at the above address and observed a white Chevrolet Equinox had driven into the business.  They found a male (Mr. Homer) unresponsive in the driver's seat and multiple bullet holes in the driver's side of the vehicle.  Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased.

Further investigation has revealed the suspect(s) fled the scene in black, four-door sedan.
