Investigation into Fatal Stabbing at 9598 Main Street
June 14, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a male at 9598 Main Street about 9:55 p.m. on Thursday (June 13).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives B. Rothberg and E. Aguilera reported:
The victim was near a bus stop at the above address when he got into an altercation with an unknown male suspect. During the altercation, the suspect stabbed the victim multiple times and then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The suspect is described only as a black male.
