Investigation into Female Found Deceased at 2100 75th Street
January 8, 2019 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found in a bayou at 2100 75th Street about 8:35 a.m. on Saturday (Jan. 8).
The identity and cause of death of the female are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Miller and Detective D. Stark reported:
A passer-by found a body, in an advanced state of decomposition, in Buffalo Bayou near the above address. The HPD DIve Team responded to the scene and recovered the body.
The investigation is pending the female's cause of death.
