Investigation into Shooting at 1100 Edgebrook Drive
April 29, 2019 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a juvenile male that occurred at 1100 Edgebrook Drive at 9:30 p.m. last Friday (April 26).
The victim, 16, was treated and released at the scene.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers R. Naughton and V. Habukiha reported:
The victim was driving on Edgebrook when he noticed the suspect vehicle, a white single-cab pickup truck, attempt to make a U-turn from the median. The victim stated the suspect's vehicle almost cut him off and a possible road rage incident then occurred. A suspect seated in the passenger seat of the truck then opened fire on the victim as he drove by. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to his shoulder. Paramedics treated him at the scene.
The suspects are described only as three Hispanic males.
