Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 4400 Caroline
September 26, 2018 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 4400 Caroline about 4:05 p.m. on September 15).
The victim, 21, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Dunn and Detective L. Patterson reported:
Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the above address. Upon arrival, they found the victim had been shot. Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived and transported the man to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he died.
Witnesses reported seeing three black males running toward the Main Street light rail platform.
