Houston police are investigating the stabbing of one male and the shooting of another male at 8800 South Braeswood Boulevard about 3:35 p.m. on Monday (May 28).

Both males were transported to an area hospital in unknown conditions.

HPD Major Assaults Unit Detectives R. Montalvo and C. Sharp reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at the above address.  Upon arrival, they learned from Houston Fire Department paramedics two men had been transported to an area hospital.  One victim had been shot multiple times, the other had been stabbed with a knife.

Paramedics described seeing at least three witnesses flee the scene upon their arrival.
