Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 10800 North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45) about 9:55 p.m. on Monday (March 19).  

The identity of the male victim, 39, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Griffiths and Officer R. Singleton reported:  

The victim was operating a gold Harley-Davidson motorcycle northbound on the North Freeway and weaving in and out of traffic.  The motorcycle then struck a gray Nissan Frontier pickup truck and a tractor-trailer truck.  The motorcyclist died at the scene.  

The investigation is continuing.
