Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a juvenile that occurred at 6400 Westpark Drive about 3:50 p.m. on Friday (March 9).

The male victim, 14, was transported to Texas Children's Hospital in critical condition.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Barrow and J. Stroble reported:

After getting out of school, the victim was standing in a strip center parking lot at the above address when a light-colored sedan with multiple occupants pulled up.  A known juvenile suspect got out of the car and then stabbed the victim multiple times.  The suspect then fled.
