Suspect Arrested, Charged in Woman's Death at 7018 Harrisburg
July 9, 2018 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the death of a woman at 7018 Harrisburg Boulevard about 9:55 a.m. on July 4.
The suspect, Francisco Garza Olazaran (H/m, 67) is charged with murder in the 185th State District Court. He is accused in the death of his wife, Maria Olazaran, 63, who was pronounced deceased at St. Joseph's Medical Center.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives R. Pemberton and S. Spivey reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to an assault call at the above address and found Ms. Olazaran unresponsive and sitting inside a vehicle with her husband. She was transported by paramedics to the hospital where she was pronounced deceased. An autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences determined her cause of death to be by manual strangulation.
HPD homicide investigators spoke with Francisco Olazaran and he admitted to his involvement in his wife's death. He was taken into custody and charged.
