Investigation into Shooting at 5700 Lyndhurst
January 18, 2017 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of three juvenile males at 5700 Lyndhurst about 9:10 p.m. on Monday (January 15).
The male victims, 14, 15 and 15 years of age, were transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital with non life-threatening gunshot wounds. Another male, 16, and two adult females, 18, were treated at the scene for superficial grazing wounds.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants H. Garcia and S. Murdock reported:
A group of people was gathered at the above address when, as all attempted to get into a vehicle to go home, a light-colored vehicle with an unknown number of suspects drove by. Several shots were fired from inside the vehicle.
The suspect vehicle is described only as a light-colored sedan, possibly white or gray.
