Investigation into Fatal Crash at 3900 Majestic
December 17, 2018 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 3900 Majestic about 3:15 p.m. last Friday (December 14).
The male victim was transported to Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S. Linscomb and Officer B. Roberts reported:
According to a witness, the victim was driving a white Chevrolet Impala at a high rate of speed southbound on Majestic at the above address. The victim then struck a dip in the road at the intersection of Crane Street, causing him to lose control of the Impala. The vehicle swerved to the left, struck a ditch and then a tree before coming to rest in the front yard of a residence the above address.
No other vehicles nor individuals were involved in this incident.
