Investigation into Shooting at 3341 Winbern
Houston police are investigating an incident in which shots were fired at a vehicle at 3341 Winbern at about 4:30 p.m. last Friday (April 20).
No one was injured in this incident.
HPD Homicide Division Officers M. Barrow and J. Stroble reported:
A family of four parked their vehicle in front of the Scott Food Store at the above address. The family included two juveniles sitting in the back seat, as well as an adult female in the front seat and an adult male standing just outside the car. A dark-colored SUV, traveling on Tierwester Street, passed by the location and shots were fired from inside the vehicle toward the store and the victims' vehicle. No one was struck by the gunfire. The suspect vehicle continued driving down Tierwester.
At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s).
