Investigation into Fatal Crash at 10000 Bissonnet
Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 10000 Bissonnet about 9:05 p.m. on Thursday (April 5).
The female victim, 57, was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S. Maness and Officer D. Henley reported:
The victim, a pedestrian, stepped into a moving lane of traffic at the above address and was struck by a silver Mercedes-Benz.
The driver remained at the scene and was questioned by officers.
At this time, there are no charges in this incident. The investigation is continuing.
