Investigation into Woman Found Deceased at 3610 Cactus

January 9, 2017 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a woman found at 3610 Cactus about 2:15 a.m. on Saturday (Jan. 7).

The woman, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene.  Her identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Officers J. Dodson and B. Roberts reported:

HPD patrol officers were dispatched to the above address as part of a welfare check call.  Upon arrival, they found the woman being treated by Houston Fire Department paramedics, who pronounced her deceased.  It is not known if her death is suspicious or accidental.
