Investigation into Shooting at 8038 Record Street

February 8, 2017 - Two of the victims were transported to Ben Taub General Hospital and the third victim to Memorial Hermann Kingwood Hospital.  All three are expected to survive their injuries.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Meek and Senior Police Officer T. Andrade reported:  

The victims got into an altercation over property in the driveway of a residence at the above address.  Two of the three males started shooting at each other, which resulted in all three being wounded by the gunfire.  One male was transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital  The second male drove to a gas station at 7590 North Wayside, where HFD paramedics responded and transported him to the hospital.  The third victim was transported by private vehicle to Memorial Hermann Kingwood Hospital where he was treated and released.  

No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
