UPDATE: Victim Identified in Death at 11800 Riceville School Road
March 22, 2016 - Houston police have learned the identity of a woman found dead at 11800 Riceville School Road about 8:05 a.m. on March 16.
The victim, Paula C. Contreras, 38, of Houston, suffered stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Turner and Officer J. Nguyen reported:
Residents flagged down HPD patrol officers after discovering a woman's nude body in a drainage ditch at the above address. The female appeared to have sustained a stab wound and was deceased at the scene.
