Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 1327 Regal Street
February 24, 2016 - The apparent accidental shooting of a man at 1327 Regal Street about 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday (February 23) will be referred to a Harris County grand jury.
The victim, Carlos Zetino, 39, of the above address, was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
HPD Homicide Division Officers I. Ulloa and E. Wohlgemuth reported:
A family member of Mr. Zetino was handling a firearm when he says it accidentally discharged and struck Zetino in the torso area. Zetino was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he died.
