Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7719 Hirsch
April 12, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 7719 Hirsch about 8:45 p.m. on Monday (April 11).
The victim, Emmitt Carmouche, 39, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Officers I. Ulloa and E. Wohlgemuth reported:
Mr. Carmouche was found lying on the ground in front of a residence at the above address. HFD paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced him deceased from a gunshot wound.
At this time, there is no known motive, witnesses nor suspects.
