Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 11205 Bellaire Boulevard
October 6 2015 - Houston police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide at 11205 Bellaire Boulevard about 12:50 p.m. on Monday (October 5).
The victim, Hoang Vuong, 35, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect, Thanh Duong, suffered an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound and was also pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Officers C. Hogue and W. Gilbert reported:
Mr. Voung and Duong worked in the warehouse at the Hong Kong Food Market at the above address. HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the location and found Duong had shot Vuong and then himself.
At this time, the motive for the shooting has not been determined.
The investigation is continuing.
