Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 6600 Dunlap
November 16, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 6600 Dunlap about 7:30 p.m. last Friday (Nov. 13).The victim, Jorge Garcia, 18, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Harris and Senior Police Officer M. Waters II reported:
Mr. Garcia was with his two roommates, smoking in the porch area of his apartment. The two roommates told police they heard two gunshots and saw Garcia had been shot. Paramedics arrived and transported him to the hospital.
