March 23, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 4506 Hoffman about 7 p.m. last Friday (March 20).

The victim, Damian O. Smith, 30, of the above address, was transported to LBJ General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Garcia and Officer C. Cardenas reported:

Two unknown black male suspects entered Mr. Smith's residence at the above address and shot him.  The suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a silver-colored SUV.  Paramedics transported Smith to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
