June 15, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 7200 Airline about 4:30 a.m. on Saturday (June 13).

The male victim, 27, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant L. Ross and Officer J. Best reported:

The victim, a pedestrian, was apparently lying in the roadway at the above address when he was struck by a vehicle, possibly a gray Honda Civic, traveling northbound on Airline. The driver of the vehicle then fled the scene.
