Investigation into Body Found at 8314 Brandon
July 20, 2015 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 8314 Brandon about 11:20 a.m. on Saturday (July 18).
The male victim's identity is pending verification by Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant S. Murdock and Senior Police Officer B. Evans reported:
Officers responded to a report of a body found in an abandoned residence at the above address. Due to the severe state of decomposition, the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences' Forensic Anthropology Unit was called to the scene and will work to determine the cause of death.
