Investigation into Male Found Deceased at 600 Franklin
July 30, 2015 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 600 Franklin about 9:40 a.m. today (July 30).
The identity of the deceased male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Garcia and Officer C. Hogue reported:
Employees of the Harris County Flood Control District were doing maintenance on Buffalo Bayou when the saw what appeared to be a body in the water near the above address. The HPD Dive Team responded to the scene and recovered the body of a deceased male from the bayou.
The investigation is pending the male's cause of death.
