Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7950 Bellfort
July 8, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7950 Bellfort about 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday (July 7).
The victim, Devian Harris, 21, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Robles and Officer E. Wohlgemuth reported:
Mr. Harris was seen by several witnesses walking around the parking lot near building 16 of the Bellfort Apartments at the above address. It is believed Harris got into an argument with two suspects at the location and, at some point, shots were fired. The suspects fled in a dark-colored sedan.
