January 26, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 10215 Beechnut about 10:45 p.m. last Friday (January 23).  

The identity of the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury and Senior Police Officer R. Martinez reported:  

Shortly before 11 p.m., witnesses reported hearing several gunshots.  The victim was then found deceased in the parking lot of the Broadmoor Apartment complex, 

At this time, there are no known witnesses nor suspects.
