Investigation into Shooting at 3134 East Crosstimbers
August 27, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men found at 3134 East Crosstimbers about 10:10 p.m. on Wednesday (August 26).
The victims, Terrance Derrell Smith, 36, and Isaac Terrell King, 33, both of Houston, were transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition.
HPD Homicide Division Officers J. Nguyen and W. Huff reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting in-progress call at the above address. Officers arrived and found two males had been shot. According to witnesses, the victims had gotten into an argument with each other and King threatened to kill Smith. King left the location and later returned, armed with a pistol. King then fired several shots and struck Smith. Further investigation determined another unidentified male was at the location at the time of the initial shooting. The male pulled out his own handgun and fired at King, who was struck in the head.
The unidentified male is described only as a black male with a dark complexion, 25 to 30 years of age, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 165 pounds.
