April 6, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 5638 Selinsky about 11:05 p.m. on Saturday (April 4).

The victim, Torrance Kemp, 26, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. A. Holbrook and Officer W. Gilbert reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting in-progress call at the above address. Officers and HFD paramedics responded to the scene. Paramedics then transported Kemp to the hospital.

At this time, there are no known witnesses nor suspects.
