April 6, 2015 - The death of a male found at 4912 McKinney about 8:40 p.m. on Sunday (April 5) will be referred to a Harris County grand jury.

The victim, Jose Torres, 60, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officer M. Arrington reported:

A dispute between families led to an altercation in which Mr. Torres was struck by a truck, driven by an unknown suspect. Torres died at the scene. Investigators interviewed multiple witnesses. The suspect was located, questioned and released.
