March 10, 2014 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating a person of interest sought for questioning in the death of a female found at 5500 Antoine about 7:50 p.m. on October 27, 2012.
The person of interest, described only as a Hispanic female possibly known as Maria, is being sought for questioning in the death of Lidia Jaramillo, 45, of the aboved address.
A photo of the female is attached to this news release.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. VerSluis and Officer J. Horn reported:
Officers responded to the above address after Ms. Jaramillo was found deceased by family members. Autopsy results determined Jaramillo had been strangled.
Investigators are seeking to question the female, who has not been charged at this time.
