June 24, 2013 - Charges have been filed against four suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 12419 Newbrook about 11 a.m. on May 14.

The suspects, Korey Lewillie Magee (b/m, DOB: 5-26-85) and Arthur R. Holloway, Jr. (b/m, DOB: 5-14-82) are charged with capital murder in the 177th State District Court. Khaundrica Micole Williams (b/f, DOB: 2-25-92) and Lynell Vincent Jordan (b/m, DOB: 10-7-87) are charged with murder in the 263rd State District Court. All four suspects are accused in the killing of Le Duy Nguyen, 39, of the above address.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Garcia and Officers C. Cardenas and I. Duplechain reported:

Officers responded to a call of a male found lying on the floor just inside the front door of his residence at the above address. Paramedics arrived and pronounced Mr. Nguyen dead at the scene. He had been shot more than one time.
Further investigation identified Magee, Holloway, Williams and Jordan as the suspects in this case. All four were taken into custody without incident.
